- Own and drive the PO management process, including PO creation and change memo issuance.
- Analyze weekly exceptions and unconfirmed POs, taking action to resolve issues and maintain CRD dates.
- Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and escalate issues as needed.
- Optimize KPI management and go beyond reporting by driving actionable improvements.
- Partner with VF Logistics and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and measure factory KPIs and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Coordinate with Sourcing Leaders and CSR teams to ensure timely and relevant factory audit activities.
- Leverage reporting and production tracking tools to provide visibility to Brands and Regions.
- Act as a change agent across Product Supply and Supply Chain organizations.
- Recruit and retain a high-performing team; foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and succession planning for team members.
- Execute business strategy and drive operational results.

- Provide timely feedback and support talent development.

- Ability to contribute to planning system transformation (e.g., S2A platform).
- Evaluate and implement new systems to ensure effective business operations.
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or International Business (Bachelor or Master level).
- Experience: Proven leadership in managing complex planning functions and diverse teams across countries.
- Supervisory Experience: Leading complex teams and organizations.
- Travel: As required.
