- Management of direct customers requiring regular contact by phone.
- Lead generation for Telesales & Field sales.
- Maintain a consistent professional image through well-maintained retail express centres and targeted partner programmes for Retails if any.
- Acquisition of new customers.
- Executive any regional direct sales strategy or policy within the country.
- Undertaken any projects/duties as necessary.
- Support all channels in the acquisition of new business though management of leads generation and qualification.
- Undertake any projects/duties as assigned by the Country Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong vendor-client relationship with create house, external lead generation organisations and database developers.
- Supervise implementation of outsourced projects undertaken for the channel, e.g. outsourced telemarketing campaign or direct mail.
- Ensure cooperation with other managers of national sales.
- Working closely with the Country Marketing team to develop effective Marketing designs and campaigns.
- Develop and execute campaign plan that meets the shipping needs of Multi Channel customers.
- Work closely with Marketing Department on the management of segment profitability and ensure adequate sales support is provided to the sales team.
- Co-ordinate with functional departments e.g. Operations, Customer Service, Customer Interface (WEB) and finance to ensure delivery of sales commitment.
- As required from Head of Commercial and Regional guidance.
- Drive the regional retail channel strategy within the country.
- Manage Multi Channel customers (Account and Cash customers) through the Telemarketing team to ensure effective development and identification of customers with potential for movement to Telesales and Field sales.
- Build valued partnership in long terms with retail channel.
- Develop and deploy business tactics, which focus on new business acquisition and development of current Direct sales channel customers.
- Manage country lead qualification and lead generation through Telemarketing.
- Drive sales channel improvement through regionally harmonised processes and procedures including GSP, GSI, Stellar, Retail POS and sales automation.
- Plan and implement appropriate sales initiatives in order to ensure achievement of sales targets (revenue and shipments) and yields from the Telesales team.
- Ensure Telesales Executive is able to utilise sales tool (eg Stellar) to increase the effectiveness and efficacy of daily activity.
- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
- Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
