- Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing clients of non-FSI sector in Hanoi, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within TechX. (Manufacturing, Retail, Aviation)
- Explore the non-FSI market in Hanoi, build the go-to-market plan & target big enterprise clients list in some main industries: manufacturing, retail, oil&gas, airlines,...
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and challenges and work proactively to identify opportunities where TechX solutions can drive value and innovation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support needs.
- Monitor the health of client accounts, proactively identifying potential issues and devising strategic solutions to ensure their success.
- Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client, focusing on their unique goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure understanding on cloud journey for each client and contributing the best value to the clients.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and technical support, to deliver seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase the value and impact of TechX solutions, and to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
- From degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineer or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or related roles within the non-FSI sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and technology solutions within the industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client environments.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites within the Hanoi region.
