- Drive the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic floor management and promotional execution.
- Incentive Design: Develop and propose effective incentive schemes, commission structures, and sales contests to motivate staff and align performance with business priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze retail metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Profitability: Manage store OPEX and budgets to ensure a healthy bottom line while shifting focus toward a high-growth direct-to-consumer model.
- Mentor and manage the retail operation team & BAs, transforming their approach from "Selling" to "Professional Consulting.
- Talent Development: Partner with the Training team to ensure all staff are experts in High-Science Skincare and Prestige Fragrance storytelling.
- Grooming Standards: Enforce strict adherence to brand grooming and etiquette guidelines to safeguard luxury brand equity.
- Oversee the delivery of bespoke rituals for Ultra-Luxe brands and high-energy engagement for Prestige brands.
- Clienteling (Project R): Implement the "Recruit, Retain, Repeat" model to build long-term relationships with VVIP clients.
- Loyalty Programs: Execute personalized customer journey initiatives, including private cabin services and VVIP engagement rituals.
- Oversee stock levels and lead-time forecasting with Brands/Logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
- Stock Health: Manage inventory hygiene through regular audits and proactive clearance of slow-moving items.
- POS Excellence: Maintain world-class Visual Merchandising (VM) and store operational standards across all locations.
- Act as the primary bridge between the Retail floor and supporting departments (Marketing, Training, HR) to ensure 360-degree campaign alignment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain professional partnerships with Mall Managements to optimize brand visibility and operational support.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide the General Manager with real-time market insights and field feedback to refine business strategies.
- Proven experience in Retail Management (Luxury/Beauty sector preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with experience in designing incentive and motivation programs.
- Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
- High level of operational discipline and a result-oriented mindset.
