- Calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events, including room reservations and caterings. Coordinating meetings and calls across all levels of the organization and multiple time zones.
- Organizing complex domestic and international travel arrangement including passport, visa requirements and partnering with HR/Immigration for invitation letters, biz letters.
- Support, coach and prepare employees for visa interviews.
- Creating and submitting expense reports for BU local Lead and Sr Managers
- Assist with special projects for the executive and/or the team.
- Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations.
- Support the BU local Lead with any facilities related work.
- Serve as local lead and manage small projects closely working with Sr Staff Executive Assistant & Bu local Lead.
- Debrief and keep the Sr Staff Executive Assistant & abreast of all Vietnam activities via regular 1:1s.
- Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executives.
- Bilingual with Vietnamese and English. Must be fluent in writing, reading, and speaking both languages- this is critical for this position as you will be a liaison between the Vietnam offices and other international English spoken locations.
- Experience with large multinational organization and genuine interest in the industry and business.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
