- Design and implement brand portfolio structures aligned with growth targets and market positioning
- Build and manage a pipeline of innovations and renovations with clearly defined business roles and expected outcomes
- Develop pricing, mix, and value chain strategies to optimize profitability and competitive advantage
- Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant plans, including messaging, communication platforms, and consumer engagement touchpoints
- Monitor brand health and performance metrics, generating insights to inform marketing decisions and future planning
- Lead the development of integrated marketing and commercial plans on an annual and quarterly basis
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee renovation projects from idea generation through to market launch
- Support innovation initiatives by building business cases and guiding projects to launch readiness
- Partner with insight teams to identify research needs and integrate findings into strategy and execution
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends and evolving consumer behaviors
- Act as the main contact point for brand planning, business performance reviews, and forecasting
- Facilitate strategic discussions and ensure alignment across internal teams and senior stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, portfolio management, and innovation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead through influence
- Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand performance measurement
- Experience in fast-paced, consumer-centric industries preferred (e.g., FMCG, retail, lifestyle)
