Cross Border - Category Management Associate - Shopee

• Follow and support to development of Cross Border category performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
• Follow and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and across teams
• Follow and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth under management
• Work with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher; smart and fast learning
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
• Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast, and manage projects from end to end
• Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Around 1 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce, or consulting experience is an advantage.
