Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting, and industrial planning activities for Asian operations.Consolidate monthly management reports and ensure accurate submission to Italian headquarters in line with Group standards.Oversee industrial accounting processes and ensure proper controls are in place.Support product costing activities and ensure accurate inventory valuation.Analyze variances, production efficiency, and product profitability.Manage monthly financial closings in Vietnam and China, coordinating with local finance teams.Contribute to financial evaluation of industrial projects and monitor CAPEX performance.Prepare ad hoc analyses to support Group Management decisions.Act as a liaison with local auditors, tax advisors, and Group Finance to ensure compliance with audits and fiscal requirements.Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.Required QualificationsDegree in Economics or a related discipline.At least 10 years of experience in controlling roles within structured industrial organizations.Proven track record in multinational companies, preferably with Italian or European headquarters.Strong proficiency with ERP platforms and BI tools.Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.Willingness to travel between Vietnam and China (20-30%).
