- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options in meeting annual sales goal, sales planning, direct selling to end users.
- Proactively generate leads and steadily grow the pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects.
- Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities.
- Identify and develop system integration partners.
- Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, workshops and seminars
- Liaise with Regional Hub and Germany HQ on project discussions.
- Timely reporting of contact activities and sales opportunities in CRM
- Any other tasks, or project assigned by GM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields
- More than 4 years of job experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment or project
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the responsible sales area and occasionally to Singapore/Germany
- MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Customer oriented, team player and growth mindset
