- Lead and align Marketing & Communications, Domestic & International Student Recruitment, and High School Engagement functions.
- Develop and implement integrated strategies across marketing, recruitment, and internationalization to meet institutional goals.
- Strengthen University's brand positioning locally and internationally, ensuring consistent campaigns, PR, content, and engagement.
- Drive student recruitment growth, expand partnerships, and optimize the student acquisition process.
- Champion the use of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation to track, analyze, and improve conversion, enrollment, and retention.
- Provide market intelligence, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to capture new segments.
- Inspire and develop leadership capability within teams, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and accountable culture.
- Proven senior leadership experience across marketing, recruitment, or sales, with a focus on conversion and ROI.
- Track record in managing cross-functional teams with direct managerial reports.
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and international student recruitment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in higher education or service industries with complex sales cycles.
- Exposure to international markets, ideally within education.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese or other regional languages.
- Genuine passion for education and student success.
