- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team KPIs, and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our premium projects with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with project objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns for premium projects.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales data and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Vietnam, particularly in premium and luxury segments, with a network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages would be an advantage.
