Company Overview:Our client is a leading real estate developer in Vietnam, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in crafting premium residential and commercial projects.Location: Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamJob Description:As the Chief Sales Director for premium projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy and execution for our upscale real estate developments. Your role will encompass managing a high-performing sales team, collaborating closely with marketing and development teams, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for premium projects.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales tactics.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals and monitor performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-energy sales culture focused on achieving collective goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team KPIs, and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our premium projects with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with project objectives and customer expectations.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns for premium projects.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts, and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales data and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Vietnam, particularly in premium and luxury segments, with a network of industry contacts.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages would be an advantage.
