- Supervising and overseeing daily financial activities, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Managing invoice issuance processes.
- Handling AR and AP tasks efficiently.
- Collaborating with tax authorities to ensure strict compliance with tax regulations.
- Processing VAT refunds if applicable.
- Generating reports on budget and expenses.
- Meeting the agreed timeline for AR and AP tasks.
- Ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Providing training to the team as needed.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the NVOCC/Feeder/Shipping line industry, preferably in an Assistant Manager or Managerial role.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
