Design StrategyDevelop and implement overall design strategy aligned with brand identity and market trendsConduct market research and trend analysisMonitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activitiesUse insights to guide design direction and maintain competitiveness2. Conceptualization & IdeationLead and collaborate with team to create design concepts and mood boardsEnsure alignment with brand vision and target customers3. Product DevelopmentOversee full design lifecycle: concept → fabric selection → sketch → prototype → sample productionWork closely with production team to ensure feasibility and efficiency in manufacturing4. Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teamsPresent and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders5. Brand ComplianceEnsure all designs follow brand guidelines, standards, and legal requirementsManage risks related to copyright and trademarks6.
