- Market Analysis: insightful market intelligent to identify opportunities and challenges in the healthcare landscape
Monitor changes in NRDL polices and assess their impact on product access
Looking/shaping for new access innovative solutions
- Strategy development & execution:
Develop or adapt the value proposition that aligns with business objectives and to meet/exceed customer/patient needs and ensure efficiency delivery
Design mid/long-term access strategy in advance
- Stakeholder engagement:
Having the network with NGO, Institutes, Amcham/Eurocham bodies….
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g marketing, Medical Affair, Finance, Regulatory Affair,…) to align access strategies both local and regional or/and global if needed
- Pricing strategy:
Follow closely with payers and government bodies to secure favorable pricing and reimbursement terms
- Health Technology Assessment
Collaborate with health economists to develop robust economic models and evidence to support product value propositions
Analyze HTA outcomes and adjust market access strategies accordingly
- Project Management:
Track and report on key performance indicators related to market access activities
Actively review current process and procedures and identify areas for improvement throughout implementation of Market Access activities

Proven track record of successful negotiations with Authority entities
Good working relationship with Health Authorities is favorable
- Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Proficiency in market access tools, HTA framework, and economic modelling
English must be influenced
X-team collaboration are required
- Familiarly with drug development process and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Health economics and outcome research methodologies
- In-dept knowledges of local health care system, reimbursement policies, price negotiation process, HTA applications
- Travel Percentage: 20%.
