- Responsible to lead the implementation of JTI Distribution strategy for General Trade and Distributor's operation, including coverage strategy, route management and channel strategy
- Design, propose and implement relevant RTM tools and system to ensure effective and efficient coverage & route management model
- Monitor coverage productivity and provide direction & guidelines to reach optimal coverage expansion
- Design & monitor initiatives to improve numeric & weighted distribution of JTI Product SKU
- Review translated Nielsen data in accordance with regional district format
- Lead the annual implementation & provide guidance for Retail Trade census to obtain updated information & exposure on the latest trade landscape
- Design JTI customer classification & segmentation based on portfolio objective
- Design territory investment model in collaboration with Operation team
- Plan the appropriate number of field force head count in line with coverage strategy to ensure efficient & effective headcount distribution
- Sets, monitor & review individual & team development plans
- Provide people development interventions (e.g., coaching, mentoring, counseling) to build team capability & motivation
- Ensure team members' compliance to company's regulations and agreed business process
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any major
- Minimum 7 years working in route to consumer, coverage and territory field in multinational FMCG
- Vast knowledge in coverage & channel management strategy
- Experience in process and project management
- Commercial acumen and good analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
