Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key partners (advertisers & agencies) across the Southeast Asia region to drive their business goals and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customized marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.Responsibilities
- Strategic Vertical Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical in Vietnam, aligning with ambitious Y/Y revenue growth objectives and establishing TikTok as an essential platform for CPG brands. This involves driving growth via deep collaboration with clients, sales partners and cross functional teams.
- High-Performance Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a mid-sized sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and resilience. Implement robust coaching and development programs to elevate team capabilities and effectively manage a diverse group of strong, driven individuals.
- Revenue & Target Accountability: Own the entire CPG vertical's P&L, including setting, cascading, and rigorously tracking ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets. Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting across the team to ensure consistent overachievement.
- C-Suite Client & Agency Partnership: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Directors, CEOs) at the largest CPG brands and their media agencies, acting as a senior strategic advisor and the ultimate point of escalation.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes and operational cadences (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews) to maximize efficiency, drive accountability, and ensure the team can effectively manage a large portfolio of advertisers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary internal advocate for the CPG vertical, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Client Solutions, Creative Operations and Measurement teams to develop tailored solutions, drive product adoption, and ensure flawless campaign execution for clients.
- Data-Driven Market Intelligence: Leverage market data, platform insights, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends within the Vietnamese CPG landscape. Use this intelligence to guide the team's sales strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and provide clients with a distinct competitive advantage.
- Complex Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Personally lead and support the team in high-stakes negotiations for large, complex, and long-term advertising partnerships (e.g., Joint Business Plans, Upfronts), ensuring favorable terms and sustainable growth.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Represent TikTok Vietnam as a CPG industry expert at conferences, client summits, and industry events. Evangelize TikTok's unique value proposition for brand building and sales growth, solidifying its position as a leading digital partner in the sector.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development with a clear history of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing.
- Excellent collaboration skills in a complex cross-functional organisation
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify insights to assess business performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Vietnamese & English proficiencyPreferred Qualifications
