
Medical Sales Manager

- Expand the clients medical aesthetics footprint across clinics, hospitals, and dermatology networks
- Develop and execute account acquisition strategies for high-potential medical customers
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with aesthetic practitioners and specialists
- Lead, coach, and support a national field sales team
- Review visit plans, guide customer approach strategies, and ensure data reporting integrity
- Monitor performance against targets and ensure timely execution of sales initiatives
- Partner with the internal medical communications team to run scientific events (e.g., workshops, conferences)
- Serve as field support for doctors inquiries and technical/product-related requests
- Cultivate relationships with key medical opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive credibility and advocacy
- Deliver timely field reports on competitor movements, product feedback, and emerging market trends
- Track and report on sales team performance, customer activity, and new opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to the Medical Director and senior leadership
- Minimum 3 years in a medical sales leadership role
- Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, dermatology, or cosmeceuticals is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage field teams and develop business within clinical settings
