
Sales Representative (Automotive Aftermarket)

- Channel Partner Management (Approx. 20%):
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with assigned distributors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support for channel partners.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring they hit their targets.
- Provide comprehensive product training to distributor sales teams to enhance their selling capabilities and market knowledge.
- Work closely with distributors on sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Identify and recruit new potential distributors to expand our market reach.
- End-User Account Development (Approx. 80%):
- Directly identify, prospect, and acquire new end-user accounts within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and sales directly with end-users.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential end-users.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with end-user clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing end-user accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends for both channel and end-user segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional activities.
- Provide valuable feedback from both channel partners and end-users to internal teams for product development and service improvements.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for both distributor and end-user sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges across all segments.
- Report on overall performance and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automotive Technology.
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a balanced track record in both channel sales/distributor management and direct end-user sales.
- Strong understanding of the Automotive market and sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport and working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
