- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, pricing, and promotional plans with key accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Drive promotional activities, product launches, and marketing initiatives to increase sales and market penetration.
- Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supply chain and demand planning teams.
- Develop annual business plans and sales forecasts for key accounts.
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders on market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in key account management within the FMCG industry, preferably in modern trade channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
