- Support in day-to-day operations of rewards program from rewards fulfilment, feedback gathering, shippers management, monitoring of adoption rate/utilization rate, regular management reporting, to iterations and optimizations of the programs;
- Support in planning and executing of online/offline trade events including but not limited to Trade Shows, Shipper Engagement Events, and Marketplace Sellers Events;
- Support in conducting market research and analyzing market trends to propose strategies and action plans;
- Achieve the commercial objectives by supporting in the conceptualization and execution of all trade promotions from promotion mechanics, marketing collaterals, shipper's touchpoint, to the final mile of trade implementation with seamless execution;
- Support in analyzing the effectiveness of all trade promotion plans implemented and recommend appropriate improvement plans;
- Work closely with cross-functional team to support in planning, developing and implementing trade marketing, usage and loyalty programs; champion loyalty experience customer journey
- Drive effective engagement with shippers via communication channels such as eDM, website, in-app notification and other digital touchpoints, exclusive shippers events, gamification and any other value-added services or new initiatives;
- Support in performing post evaluations of the planned activities, events and provide insights for future activities;
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience working as Trade Marketing, Loyal Program in Ecommerce, Express industries
- Strong project management skills
- Photoshop / Designing skill is a bonus
- Bachelor's Degree, relevant experience will be recommended;
