IntroductionGear Inc. is seeking a Training Manager in Ha Noi to manage both Ha Noi and Da Nang sites. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, managing a team, and aligning training efforts with business objectives and client requirements.This role is critical for ensuring meticulous oversight of training plans and initiatives that directly match our clients' needs. The Training Manager will also be responsible for the professional development of the training team, providing timely feedback and fostering skill-building. Additionally, this role will manage client-facing training discussions, ensuring a dedicated focus on training excellence.ResponsibilityDevelops Training Road Map and Project PlansCreates timelines for project plans for all training types and spearheads ImplementationReview and implement Training Frameworks and SOPsAssesses training curriculum and initiates TNAs for continuous improvementOversees end to end training plans and roll outManages staff and creates individual development plansAlign with QA Manager on Training Needs Initiatives to address gaps identifiedSpearhead site best practice sharing and alignments on Training itemsKey skills and experienceBachelor's degree in relevant fieldsExcellent English oral and written communication skills (C1 or C2 Proficiency)Minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager, preferably in a BPO settingHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and similar or related business and communication toolsFamiliar with traditional and modern training processesStrong leadership skills and ability to develop and manage a team across multiple sitesExcellent time-management and organizational skills.Benefits1.
