SALES ENGINEER(Distribution channel – Medium Voltage Switchgear)Direct: push ELDS business through M&E contractor channel in the South of Vietnam.Indirect: Coordinate to support project business and develop OEMs/PBs partner in the South of VNBuild up strong network with M&E contractors, create project pipeline for MV switchgear and follow up until project close. Coordinate with Distribution Leader in HCM to push sales through distribution channel. Support the local sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process.Responsibilities:1. SalesGain more sales volume and build up relationship with M&E contractors, PBs, Trading companies to expand geographic coverage, especially in Mekong Delta AreaPush& pull sales and marketing action plan to support partners in order to get more market share for the company.Coordinate with Product Managers to provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.2. Diagnostic studiesPerforms analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable sales actions to achieve annual sales target3. PresentationsPrepares and delivers Product/ Solution presentations and sales material to customers4. TrainingCoordinate with PM and customers to provide product/solution/service-related trainings/ Seminars5. Marketing planPrepares and executes the marketing plan with channel partners.REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Economic Administration
3 - 4 year experience in ditribution sales, experience with MV switchgear (RMU) / Cable & Cable Accessories/ Trasformer/ LBS/ FCO/ Reclosers is a plus
Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
Knowledge about the MV market in the South of Vietnam
Good network with M&E contractors/ PBs
