- You will be responsible for Maintenance business in Vietnam.
- You will create and manage opportunities in all maintenance industries.
- You will manage new customer acquisition and penetration, update, train & educate customers & distributors.
- You will find new opportunities build customer relationship manager (Henkel project pipeline) through group selling activities (GSAs), distributor training school (DTS), customer training school (for existing/ potential customers).
- You will build sales demand forecast based on distributor/ customer needs.
- You also follow up and feedback on lead generated by marketing.
- You will coordinate and escalate challenges/ opportunities to other related departments to support customer needs.
- Min. 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in Sales related role. Value selling is critical success factor in this position.
- Prior experience from the Oil & Gas, Marine Shipyard or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul industries highly preferred.
