Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be essential in managing the content production pipeline, working closely with internal teams, and pushing the envelope of innovative content formats. Your expertise will ensure high-quality content delivery, strategic influencer engagement, and impactful post-campaign analysis that elevates our product's presence in the gaming world.What You Will Do in This Role
  • Lead High-Quality Content Production: Oversee the end-to-end content production for key marketing campaigns, ensuring each piece aligns with brand standards and campaign goals. Drive innovation by developing and testing new content formats to boost audience engagement, applying performance insights to refine future approaches.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Partners: Work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to gather project briefs and ensure alignment. Manage relationships with external agencies, coordinating smooth communication to deliver impactful content on time and within scope.
  • Optimize Influencer and Event Engagement: Coordinate with KOLs to schedule production sessions, organize live events, and arrange show matches that maximize campaign reach and enhance community engagement.
  • Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to assess content effectiveness, benchmark against KPIs, and provide actionable insights to elevate future campaigns and maintain high-quality production standards.

  • Skills: Master of project management, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a pro at coordinating KOLs and live-streaming sessions.
  • Gaming Heart: Love for battle royales is a huge plus-extra XP if you're already a Free Fire fan.
  • Language: English fluency is essential to rally the troops and make things happen.
