ACG_2965_JOBOur client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, cultivating an environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and high standards of excellence.Supervise all stages of design for construction projects, from initial concept development through to final completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory compliance, project schedules, and budget constraints.Create and implement innovative design solutions for high-rise developments, hotels, and resorts that balance functionality with visual appeal.Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other key stakeholders to achieve seamless and integrated project delivery.Uphold rigorous standards of design quality and consistency throughout all projects under management.Engage in strategic planning activities and contribute to shaping the company’s overall design strategy and objectives.Oversee project financials, including budget management and resource optimization, to deliver cost-efficient design outcomes.Monitor industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously improve the firm’s design expertise and methodologies.Possess substantial experience in planning and directing large-scale developments exceeding 50 hectares, such as urban districts and resort complexes.Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by executive management.RequirementsA minimum of 15 years’ experience in design management, specifically within international 5-star hotels or resort projects.Proven background working with foreign design consulting firms or holding design management roles within investor enterprises.Demonstrated excellence in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.Strong command of both written and spoken English, with exceptional communication abilities.Established leadership and team management capabilities.Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail.Contact: Ha Hoang, Nga NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
