We are a one-stop philanthropy boutique consulting firm helping our clients conceptualize and structure their passion and big ideas, and fill it with substance for real influence and impact.The RoleThe Vietnam Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the operational aspects of our high-end social media platform, New World, in Vietnam. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of media operations, event planning, and promotional campaigns. As the Vietnam Head of Operations, the individual will drive team performance, ensure quality standards, and align operations with our overarching strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations team, setting clear objectives and ensuring effective execution of operational strategies.
Oversee media operations, including content management, user engagement, and platform optimization.
Plan and execute events and promotional activities that align with the platform's brand and strategic objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination and communication between different departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes and systems.
Analyze operational data to assess performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for improvement.
Foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.

Ideal Profile- Proven management skills with experience leading teams.- Strong background in media operations, event planning, and promotion.- Outgoing personality with excellent coordination and communication skills.- Strong belief in and commitment to the vision and mission of the New World high-end social media platform.- Preferences for locals in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.- Fluency in English.What's on Offer?
