- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields
- Strong career interest in Human Resources, especially in Compensation & Benefits or Talent Acquisition
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a helpful attitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Able to commit full-time for 6 months
- English communication
- Assist in organizing and updating employee records and personal information, and support reviewing and cross-checking compensation and benefits data when required
- Assist in drafting or reviewing labor contracts and contract appendices under supervisor guidance
- Support in tracking and summarizing information related to social insurance and personal income tax
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Assist in preparing offer letters and tracking onboarding progress
- Update and manage candidate profiles and recruitment records
- Assist with general office administrative tasks such as stationery distribution, print management and meeting room setup
- Monitor, inventory, and manage HR stock including gifts, uniforms, onboarding materials, and event supplies
- Coordinate logistics for internal HR-led events such as birthdays, team engagement activities, training sessions, and festive celebrations
- Prepare event-related items including gifts, documents, supporting tools, beverages, and decorations
- Set up event space (meeting rooms, event zones), ensuring everything is clean, properly arranged, and aligned with the event plan
