Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):Customer channel management and Case ManagementCustomer onboarding and relationship managementContract and dispute managementFollow up MLO requirement related with checking space approval to UTM/CF (Coastal fulfilment)Coordinate with CX/OTCX respective country and other stakeholder to ensure smoothly arrangement for MLO bookingFollow up to customers and to drive MLO volume as cargo filler based on space released or SA CFProcess commercial claim till payout made to customersand more.Key Interdependencies :Internal Stakeholder: Country CX/OTCX ; Cargo Execution / Local OPS; UTM/CF (coastal fulfilment) ; Finance, CF Area/Account owner & Analyst Dispute ; Escalation point for Import materExternal Stakeholder: Mlo customers; terminalsCritical Competencies :Strong customer centricity and good command in EnglishProblem solving, diligent, responsible , independent, energetic, team-work spiritGood communication and time managementPreferably had experience in MSK system and CX processWhat we are looking forAdministrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks.
