- Managing recruitment planning, execution, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, market benchmarking and salary planning
- Managing the performance review cycle and supporting leadership in employee development
- Supervising employee relations, disciplinary processes, and team coaching
- Implementing training programs aligned with development needs and legal requirements
- Coordinating safety initiatives, local safety committee actions, and risk prevention efforts
- Driving HR-related projects in cross‑functional collaboration with regional partners
- Enhancing HRIS utilization to improve HR operations and data-driven insights
- Supporting positive company culture and employee engagement through regular initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8-10 years of HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
