Position Objective/Expectation
Provide Solutioning support to both internal staff and external partners through training and on-site, good knowledge of CMS and workflow for 3 genres: Photography, Sign, and Dye sublimation printing
Job Responsibilities
- Solutioning Support: + Provide product training and demonstration regularly Support localization of marketing tools, such as sales kit, Genre Presentation, external communication, and creation of print samples. + Genre solutions support through presentation and explanation to customer site and via phone. + Product & software testing and comparison. + Support strategic partners through presales activities that lead to sales closure - Provide 2nd tier support for partners /users + Provide support to all customers on Company Solutions (bundle software only) via telephone and on-site - Technical advisory to the Sales team + Provide critical information from daily support and translate it into useful marketing information + Compile and dissect technical information and fill gaps for the PM team to address and resolve + Provide valuable market demands and trending to the Sales teamJob Requirement
Requirements
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in electrical engineering, computer engineering ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in commercial & industrial Printers - Familiar with inkjet technology - Familiar using Photoshop and other design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, etc. - Ability to speak well in the seminar or to give a presentation. - In-depth knowledge of color (color management) and supporting equipment ・Personal Characteristics & Behaviours - Interpersonal relationships skills - Presentation skills - Customer-oriented - Creative.
