Director of Business Development - Startup Division

• Develop and implement vision, goals, and KPI system for the team to track progress and ensure success.
• Identify new opportunities and potential business models.
• Establish operational budgets and detailed annual business plans; ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for revenue, profit, and finances.
• Prepare relevant reports for the CEO as requested or on a regular basis.
• Handle other requests from the CEO as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in management, market development, team building, and project management. Working experience in the Real Estate Industry is a plus
• Proactive, confident, positive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
