Sustainable Design Solutions for new constructions and renovations
Environmental Certification Management for new construction and existing buildings (LEED, LOTUS China GBDL/GBL, BREEAM, HQE, WELL, etc.)

Building Simulations (Thermal Modeling, Daylight Simulations, CFD, Wind Modeling, etc.)
Energy Audits
Specific Studies (Carbon Footprint Study, Life Cycle Assessment, etc.)

Job ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

Manage projects related to Green Building Certification Scheme such as LEED, LOTUS, EDGE etc.
Manage projects related to Energy efficiency, Low-carbon study, thermal comfort.
Coordinate with building owners, stakeholders, and suppliers. Instruct project engineers.

Experience requirementsJob Requirements:

Experience in Energy efficiency (HVAC, improvement studies, works etc.)
Experience in Green building certification (LEED/LOTUS/EDGE) and Sustainability in building
Experience in WELL is a plus.
At least 5 years' professional experience, including 2 years as Energy efficiency/Green Building Project Manager.
Willing to learn more, willing to do non-standardized scope of work.
Proactive personality, open minded person, transparent and good team player
Ability to work in an international environment, has international mindset.

Languages:

Fluent in English, can communicate with international clients in the meetings.

Software:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT; Understanding of LCA/Energy modeling software is a plus.
