What you'll do:As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales strategies within the region. Your role will involve taking on both technical and economic responsibilities within project business, with a particular focus on water supply systems. You will be expected to achieve defined sales targets by preparing and conducting engaging technical sales presentations. Additionally, you will perform market assessments to stay abreast of industry trends, customer requirements, and needs. Building strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors will be key to your success. Furthermore, you will use CRM tools to plan and document all project-related activities while managing the project funnel actively.

Take on technical and economic responsibility in project business focusing on water supply systems
Achieve defined sales targets for the region and dedicated market
Prepare and conduct technical sales presentations to various stakeholders
Perform market assessment to understand trends, customer requirements, and needs
Build a network with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
Use CRM to plan and document all project-related activities
Manage the project funnel actively and build new pipelines to meet yearly targets
Provide support for distribution partners ensuring local stock availability

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the HVAC,piping, pumps or building industry. You will hold an Engineering diploma or degree (Mechanical/Architect) or Economics and have a strong background in project business with a focus on dwater supply systems. Your ability to read technical drawings, coupled with your proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), will be crucial in this role. A professional level of fluency in English and the local language is required. You should be willing to travel within Vietnam and demonstrate resilience under pressure. A constant willingness to learn new skills and being a strong team player with social competence are also key attributes for this role.

Possess an Engineering diploma or degree (Mechanical/Architect) or Economics
Experience in project business with a focus on drainage and water supply systems
Professional fluency in English and local language
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience in related to the building industry
Willingness to travel within Vietnam
