- Achieve defined sales targets for the region and dedicated market
- Prepare and conduct technical sales presentations to various stakeholders
- Perform market assessment to understand trends, customer requirements, and needs
- Build a network with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Use CRM to plan and document all project-related activities
- Manage the project funnel actively and build new pipelines to meet yearly targets
- Provide support for distribution partners ensuring local stock availability
- Possess an Engineering diploma or degree (Mechanical/Architect) or Economics
- Experience in project business with a focus on drainage and water supply systems
- Professional fluency in English and local language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience in related to the building industry
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam
- Resilience under pressure
- Constant willingness to learn new skills
- Strong team player with social competence
