You will manage a full 360° recruitment portfolio-spanning business development, talent advisory, candidate engagement, and end-to-end delivery.Key Responsibilities:Client & Business Development

Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Provide insights and strategic hiring recommendations

Candidate Engagement & Delivery

Fluency in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
A track record of working in a sales-driven or client-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships with senior level.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
