- Leverage your existing network and market reputation to acquire new, high-value B2B clients (MNCs, Tech, Startups, FMCG) across Vietnam and the broader SEA region.
- Lead complex business development pitches, negotiate premium commercial terms, and secure exclusive or retained executive search mandates.
- Act as the lead Account Manager for critical clients, expanding the share of wallet and transforming transactional relationships into long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Own and execute end-to-end mandates for Director, VP, and C-level positions, handling the most critical and complex searches within the firm.
- Utilize advanced headhunting methodologies to penetrate target organizations and engage highly passive, top-tier executive talent.
- Conduct rigorous, competency-based interviews to assess technical capability, leadership style, and cultural fit for senior mandates.
- Navigate and mediate complex offer stages, including executive compensation structuring, equity negotiations, and counter-offer management.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your chosen vertical, producing thought leadership, market insights, and salary benchmarks that elevate Gemma Associates' brand.
- Play a key role in the growth of the firm by mentoring and upskilling Associate Consultants, guiding them on BD strategies, candidate control, and market mapping.
- Partner directly with the Founders on business strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and improving internal search methodologies.
- Proven Track Record: 4–7+ years of experience in 360-degree recruitment, executive search, or specialized B2B consulting, with a verifiable history of consistent, high-level billings.
- Established Network: A strong existing network of clients and senior-level candidates within Vietnam and/or the broader SEA region (specialization in Tech, FMCG, or broader B2B sectors is highly preferred).
- Commercial Mastery: Expert-level ability to pitch to C-level executives, overcome complex objections, and win exclusive business.
- Flawless Execution: Deep mastery of the entire search lifecycle, from boolean sourcing and deep-web talent mapping to executive-level candidate management.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must possess the maturity, gravitas, and business acumen to advise and influence senior business leaders.
