- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients (MNCs, Tech, Startups, FMCG) across Vietnam and the broader SEA region through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
- Pitch our executive search services, negotiate commercial terms/contracts, and secure new job mandates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR Directors, and Founders, acting as a consultative partner.
- Take full ownership of the search lifecycle — from taking the initial client brief to the final offer stage.
- Conduct deep-dive market mapping to build target company lists and org charts using LinkedIn, databases, and proprietary tools.
- Proactively outreach to passive, high-level candidates, conducting in-depth interviews to assess their technical fit, motivations, and cultural alignment.
- Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists, profiles, and research summaries for client presentations.
- Manage the interview process, provide feedback, and handle complex salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Monitor industry trends, leadership movements, and funding rounds to generate new business leads.
- Provide advisory to clients on talent landscapes, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Contribute to market insight reports and thought leadership content to build your personal brand and the company's profile.
- 1–3 years of experience in 360-degree recruitment, executive search, B2B sales, or a highly commercial consulting role.
- Strong candidates with less experience but exceptional sales instincts and business acumen will be considered.
- A Hunter Mindset: You are not afraid to pick up the phone, pitch to senior executives, and handle rejections. You are commercially driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Sourcing: Deep understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and modern talent mapping.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and spoken English is mandatory — your outreach, pitches, and candidate profiles must be polished and professional.
