PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSALES
  • Achieve recruitment and sales targets for each Amerigo partner school within the designated region.
  • Assist the Regional Director, Student Recruitment in providing product training and supporting the development of recruitment partners.
  • Provide sales coaching tailored to the destination market for business partners.
  • Ensure the sales toolkit is relevant and well-understood within the region by coordinating with Head Office and partner schools.
MARKETING
  • Aid the Regional Director, Student Recruitment in devising the annual marketing plan for Regional countries.
  • Conduct presentations to large audiences of students and counselors.
  • Drive attendance for recruitment events such as exhibitions, seminars, and university visits.
  • Assist in preparing country-specific advertising, editorial, and promotional materials.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials including newsletters, posters, and testimonials.
  • Utilize social media and modern digital technologies to promote Amerigo schools.
FINANCIAL
  • Develop and manage the budget and expenses.
  • Provide monthly financial reports to the Regional Director, Student Recruitment.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Maintain effective relationships with Head Office to contribute to future product planning and pipeline.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of Amerigo products and services.
GENERAL
  • Undertake other projects as assigned by the Regional Director, Student Recruitment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication in both local language and English.
  • Possession of a 4-Year University Degree or equivalent experience of 4-5 years in marketing and recruitment within the education industry.
  • Demonstrated strong relationships with business partners (agents).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours and tasks, including availability for weekend and evening work to support recruitment activities.
  • Ability to devise and implement effective sales tactics contributing to sustainable business growth.
  • Innovative thinking, proactive work habits, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Skill in managing various internal and external stakeholders to meet competing demands.
  • Aptitude for successful interaction with diverse personalities and building strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Action-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of W.I.T. (Willingness to do "whatever it takes").
  • International study experience is highly preferred.
