This role ensures the development and delivery of effective training roadmaps, curricula, and sessions to equip frontline agents and business development managers with the necessary skills and knowledge. The Head of Training collaborates with agency masters and external training houses to design and deliver training programs, conducts follow-up activities to ensure effective adoption, and continuously refines the training roadmap to align with the company's business plan and objectives.Job Responsibilities:1. Training Curriculum Design and Development:
  • Develop long-term training roadmaps that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training curricula to meet the evolving needs of frontline agents and business development managers.
  • Ensure training content is relevant, effective, and regularly revisit and refine the training roadmap to align with the company's evolving business plan and objectives.
2. Training Delivery for Agency Salesforce and Quality Assurance:
  • Strategically manage the delivery of training interventions such as sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure high standards of training quality and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.
3. License Training and Certification Management for Agency Salesforce:
  • Oversee the administration of license training programs and manage certification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
4. Training & Development Programs for Agency :
  • Provide specialized training for business development managers to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work with agency masters and external training houses to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs.
6. E-learning Management:
  • Enhance e-learning platforms and Training Management Systems (TMS) to improve learning experiences.
  • Ensure platforms meet business needs and comply with regulations.
Job Requirements:1. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development in Life Insurance, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven experience in managing large training teams and complex training programs.
2. Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of training design, development, and delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
