Act as the main point of contact for international guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collect and report guest feedback on food, beverages, service, ambiance, and overall experience to the management team.
Represent management in resolving any guest issues or incidents during service.
Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to deliver seamless hospitality.
Support internal communication and guest flow during peak hours.

Qualifications:

Pleasant appearance; height from 1.6m or above
Must be a foreign national (expat) currently residing in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer relations.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Confident, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
