You’ll have our support to excel for our customers, deliver positive change for our communities and grow your career.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Channel Personalisation consultant is responsible for supporting the design and build of a world class channel personalisation function through the design, management and delivery of marketing and enterprise owned channel communication activity across all Marketing Squads. They are also responsible for leading their team, coaching, education, capability, and performance management in line with our departmental goals and targets.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, Build and Delivery of personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
  • Subject matter expert on best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication design
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes.
  • Apply specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external clients about best practice channel personalisation and communication design and build.
  • Provide peer support for team members across the Channel Personalisation Chapter
  • Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • About 5+ years’ experience working as a MarTech/ Adtech or equivalent.
  • Experience using Marketing and Advertising Technology - Preferably Adobe Suite (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage and communicate with influence.
  • Practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen.
  • Tertiary qualification in related discipline
  • Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
