Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)ABOUT THE ROLEThe Channel Personalisation consultant is responsible for supporting the design and build of a world class channel personalisation function through the design, management and delivery of marketing and enterprise owned channel communication activity across all Marketing Squads. They are also responsible for leading their team, coaching, education, capability, and performance management in line with our departmental goals and targets.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, Build and Delivery of personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platformsSubject matter expert on best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication designDrive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes.Apply specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external clients about best practice channel personalisation and communication design and build.Provide peer support for team members across the Channel Personalisation ChapterYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4 - 5 years’ experience working as a MarTech/ Adtech or equivalent.Experience using Marketing and Advertising Technology - Preferably Adobe suite (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics).Demonstrated capability to engage and communicate with influence.Practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen.Tertiary qualification in related disciplineDemonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbalMAKE A DIFFERENCE THROUGH YOUR WORK.At NAB, we work together to deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed our customers’ expectations.
