Our client is seeking a Business Director to lead our Livestock Processing Division. This role acts as a mini-General Manager with full ownership of business performance, managing the slaughtering, and processing to packaging and commercial sales across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities

Own full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and drive sustainable growth
Develop and execute business strategy, annual plans, and budgets
Lead end-to-end supply chain including slaughter, processing, packaging, and distribution
Ensure food safety, quality, animal welfare, bio-security, and regulatory compliance
Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement
Lead commercial performance across B2B food chains, supermarkets, catering, and export markets
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and KPI tracking
Lead and develop cross-functional teams and build a high-performance culture
Manage internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, customers, partners, and regulators
