As a B2C Sales Manager in the lubricants sector, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client's market share within Vietnam. You will be tasked with developing and establishing channels, enhancing distributor relationships, and penetrating portfolios. Your ability to develop business partnerships, align capabilities, and understand the needs of distributors will be key to your success. You will also have the opportunity to plan and execute innovative marketing promotions, adding another exciting dimension to this multifaceted role.
  • Develop and manage both local and global accounts through strategic planning
  • Drive sales targets by cultivating new customer and distributor relationships
  • Monitor financial performance indicators such as volume, revenue, GP, credit DSO and controllable costs
  • Plan and execute innovative marketing promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territory to boost gross profit and volumes
  • Perform internal reporting, self-training, and administrative tasks as required
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this B2C Sales Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from the lubricants industry. With at least seven years' experience in B2C sales through distributors, you'll have a thorough understanding of channel development within the automotive industry. Your analytical skills, organisational agility, and critical thinking abilities will be put to good use as you navigate this challenging yet rewarding role. A fair understanding of Microsoft Office is also essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in B2C sales through distributors
  • Thorough understanding of channel development in the automotive/lubes industry
  • Previous experience in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills, organisational agility, and critical thinking abilities
  • Resilience in facing challenges and contributing to organisational growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
