As the Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You will lead a team of three finance professionals, driving a commercially focused approach with a growth mindset. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to influence and impact both top and bottom-line performance.1. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support for professional development, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality financial insights.

2. Commercial Focus:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
Drive initiatives to optimize revenue, control costs, and enhance overall profitability.

3. Strategic Financial Planning:

Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, aiding in decision-making processes.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to understand business dynamics and influence financial outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Performance Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and support data-driven decision-making.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Implement and champion a growth mindset within the finance team and across the organization.

Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.

MNC Organisation|High-Growth Industry

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its financial dynamics.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving business results.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and development.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
