  • Develop annual business plans and allocate targets to departments within the division
  • Establish and manage the departmental budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Oversee the development of overall business strategies based on current market analysis and future trend forecasting.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop the skills of the team under management.
  • Monitor departmental processes and propose adjustments when necessary
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and a strong sales mindset within the team.
  • Maintain effective collaboration across departments.
  • Execution & Collaboration
  • Review and approve tour programs before quoting to ensure alignment with customer needs and competitiveness in bidding.
  • Meet and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Monitor business strategies, contracts, and performance indicators such as revenue and profit targets.
  • Approve credit terms and pricing proposals to maximize gross profit, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Review and approve contracts, ensuring service quality meets the agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department on debt collection and payment follow-ups.
  • Monitor the progress of new client acquisition, current customer care, and customer retention to increase loyalty.
  • Manage the sales department's plans for customer visits, sales calls, and new client development.
  • Oversee the management of the customer and market database system; organize data analysis to support business planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
  • Prepare regular reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
  • Male, aged from 30 to 38 years old
  • University degree or higher (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in the travel business sector, with strong strategic thinking
  • In-depth knowledge of the domestic and international MICE market (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
