Position Overview:The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the hospitality sector.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through proactive employee relations.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and fairly.
  • Implement engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Performance Management:
  • Establish performance management processes, including feedback and goal setting.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing issues.
  • Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.
Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Compliance and Legal Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Stay updated on employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance to senior management in decision-making.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency.
Culture Development:
  • Define and promote company values, mission, and culture.
  • Implement initiatives to reinforce a positive work culture.
  • Align policies and practices with desired culture and values.
Work-Life Balance:
  • Promote initiatives for work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Offer flexible work arrangements where feasible.
  • Provide resources for stress management and work-life balance.
Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Provide training on diversity and inclusion topics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven HR management experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
