A day in the life of the HR Manager involves providing guidance on people-related matters, fostering relationships with stakeholders, coaching managers on employee issues, developing compliant policies and processes, contributing to global HR initiatives, and collaborating on projects to achieve HR objectives.About YouYou will be an experienced HR professional having worked in a multinational corporation, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts and navigate through various regions. You will also have:

Profound understanding of Vietnam employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, with the capacity to offer impartial advice to the business.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
Confident and articulate presenter, capable of delivering complex information effectively.
