- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to support individual and organizational growth.
- Develop leadership and succession programs to prepare future leaders.
- Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and career development activities.
- Partner with leaders to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Lead the annual and quarterly workforce planning process to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent.
- Build pipelines for both technical and leadership roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Produce regular employment and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Leverage HR analytics and insights to support decision-making and workforce strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 4 years in HR, with 3 years of experience in a similar job scope.
- Hands-on experience in implementing talent management programs and managing performance management systems.
- Proven experience in developing and supporting organization-wide talent programs covering areas such as talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management.
- Previous experience in capturing HR metrics and generating employment or talent reports.
