- Responsible for initiating and assessing leads within the B2B cross-border payments sector. Develop opportunities through various avenues including prospecting, webinars, trade shows, offline events, and promotions.
- Skillfully present and onboard new clients for both the core company product and upcoming product launches.
- Devise and execute a strategic business development strategy aimed at broadening the customer base, with the aim of surpassing predetermined sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and optimize prospect management from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Collaborate across departments within the organization, including marketing, product, compliance, legal, and sales ops, to tailor solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive client growth by facilitating collaborative networks.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in business or a quantitative field. A Masters degree is desirable.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in B2B corporate sales within finance, fintech, import-export, or international logistics.
- Capable of working independently with a proven track record as a hunter, while also being an effective team player adaptable to various roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both externally with clients and internally with stakeholders. Demonstrated customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results through influence and negotiation.
- Strong work ethic and adept time management skills. Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adept at thinking creatively to overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
