- Efficiently gather data on visitors to our events, including demographic information, preferences, feedback, and contact details.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential visitors, keeping it current and accurate.
- Organize and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness & upload to organization standardize systems.
- Generate regular reports on visitor data, highlighting key findings and providing actionable recommendations.
- Analyze visitor data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform event planning and marketing strategies.
- Onsite show support on IT support and registration system
- Manage flow of visitors to ensure the smooth process for registration.

- 3. Tele center
- Organize the telecenter's workflow to ensure optimal productivity.
- Oversee the telecenter's data entry processes to guarantee accuracy and completeness of the collected information.
- Develop and implement training programs for telecenter staff to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective data collection and call handling.
- 4. IT Support
- Maintain monitoring in ServiceNow take/and escalate unassigned requests and/or incidents to the relevant team
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support (this may be in person, MS Teams chat, over the phone or remotely)
- 5. IT Asset related procurement
- IT asset inventory control
- Investigate available resources or purchase requests.
- Place order/receive from selected vendor in Oracle.
- Degree holder in IT management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of Vietnamese & English
- Proven experience in data management or a similar role.
- Detailed oriented, team player.
